✨ My Dopamine Menu ✨

The little things I do daily to keep my energy high and my mood in check:

🌞 First thing, I throw open the curtains for a blast of sunlight and Vitamin D, soaking it all in before looking at my phone’s blue light.



🛏 Making my bed is non-negotiable—it sets the tone for an organized, put-together day.



💆‍♀️ Rolling my face and using gua sha to get that lymphatic drainage flowing and encourage collagen production. I use @clairins Bonus: it works out the kinks in my neck!

I like to mask when I have time. My favorite masks are the Clairing V-Wrap which deputes and the Pumpkin Scrub mask by PeterThomasRoth and the gold lifting mask by Peter Thomas Roth.



🧴 Recently, I’ve added dry brushing into my morning and night routine—it helps with circulation and gives me a moment of mindfulness before I dive into the day or wind down for bed.



🥤 Before coffee, it’s my daily cocktail of Arma Colostrum and Get Off Your Acid greens for a little extra boost.



☕️ Then I indulge in 1-2 cups of coffee with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, always in my favorite Taylor Swift mug, of course.



🚶‍♀️ I walk 30-60 minutes every day. I started this after my 9-day hospital stay in April, and it has been a game-changer for my energy and happiness.



💪 When I can, I squeeze in a 30-minute virtual Savor + Sweat workout to get those endorphins flowing.



🎨 And finally, I paint—it’s where my creativity and happiness meet.

These habits may seem small, but they add up to something big. Keeping up with these rituals helps me feel grounded, energized, and ready for whatever the day brings. It’s easy to let stress take over, but these simple practices are my way of taking control and filling up my own cup.
